Everything you'd want to know before your first delivery — and a few things you might not think to ask.

Membership & Credits

  • Yes. There is no membership fee. You join for free and gain access to the weekly menu, the members-only shop, and club events. What you pay for are meal credits — the bundles that let you order from the menu. You only ever pay for the credits you choose to buy.
  • One credit = one dinner. Each dish on the weekly menu costs one credit. When you purchase a bundle, your credits are added to your account and are valid for 28 days.
  • If you top up before your credits expire, any unused credits carry forward into your new bundle — nothing is lost. If your credits expire before you top up, you have a 2-week grace period to renew and recover them. After the grace period, expired credits are released and cannot be recovered.
  • Yes. When you next top up, simply choose a different bundle size. Any unused credits from your current bundle carry forward regardless of which size you choose next.
  • There is no cancellation required. Membership is free and there is no automatic renewal — you only pay when you choose to top up. If you decide to stop, simply don't top up. Your existing credits remain valid until they expire, with the 2-week grace period included.
  • Yes. We deliver to your registered address, so changing it updates where all your future deliveries go — it's not a one-off redirect for a single meal. To keep routing and timing reliable, we ask members to keep changes to a minimum, ideally once per membership. Address changes need to be requested and approved by noon the day before delivery — anything after that applies from the following delivery, since the next one is already locked in.
  • Join free, then choose a credit bundle. Your credits are valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Each credit covers one dish from the weekly menu. Order on any delivery day — Monday, Wednesday, or Friday — before the 4 PM cutoff the day before. Use your credits across as many or as few deliveries as you like during your 4-week window.
  • Credits are valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. This is your window to use them across whichever delivery days suit you. When you're ready for more, simply top up — your 28-day window restarts from the date of your new purchase, and a bonus credit is added to your new bundle automatically.
  • If your credits have expired and the 2-week grace period has also passed without a top-up, those credits are released and cannot be recovered. We'd recommend topping up before you travel or during busy periods to keep your credits safe.
  • Every time you top up, a bonus credit is added to your new bundle as a thank you for coming back. It's applied automatically — no code or action needed.
  • There's nothing to do. If you don't want to order on a given delivery day, simply don't order. Your credits wait in your account — there's no need to notify us and no penalty for not ordering.

Ordering & Delivery

  • We deliver every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 5 PM and 7 PM. Orders must be placed before 4 PM the day before delivery — so by Sunday 4 PM for Monday, Tuesday 4 PM for Wednesday, and Thursday 4 PM for Friday.
  • Yes. Delivery is always free to all covered zones, on every delivery day. There are no delivery surcharges, no minimum order thresholds, and no service fees added at checkout.
  • Our chefs publish a new menu each week. As a member, you log in, browse the week's dishes, and choose what you'd like — one credit per dish. You can order different dishes on each delivery day, or order multiples of the same dish. The menu rotates weekly so there's always something new.
  • No. Your credit bundle covers your meals and free delivery to any covered zone — no surcharges, no service fees, no surprises at checkout. The only additional charges are entirely opt-in: à la carte items from the members-only shop — freshly baked breads, deli items, desserts, and weekend specials — billed only when you choose to add them to an order. The price you see when you buy is the price you pay. Everything else is your choice.
  • We currently deliver across several zones in Chiang Mai — including Nimman, Old City, and Santitham / Chang Phueak. Check the delivery zone map on our site to confirm your address is covered.
  • Confirmed orders are final. We begin sourcing ingredients and preparing your meals immediately after confirmation, so we're unable to cancel once an order is confirmed. Please order carefully.
  • Yes. Each dish costs one credit regardless of quantity — order as many portions as you like, subject to availability. If you're ordering for a larger group or a special occasion, please contact us in advance so we can ensure quality and availability.

Food & Dietary

  • Our menu is written by professionally trained chefs and rotates weekly. It covers a broad range — proteins, vegetarian dishes, and lighter options — always built on proper ingredients and classical technique. We aim for variety across the week so every member finds something they genuinely want to eat.
  • Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you join — there is a field for this during registration. For serious allergies, please also contact us directly at hello@properdinner.club before placing your first order so we can confirm what is safe for you. We take food safety seriously and will always be transparent about ingredients on request.
  • Our dish photos are intended to reflect what you will receive. However, some images may include additional items such as background dishes or sides that are not part of the meal. Please check the item description when ordering to confirm whether sides or carbohydrates are included.
  • Yes. Every weekly menu includes vegetarian options, clearly marked. We aim to make sure vegetarian members have genuine choice each week, not just one token dish.

Member Shop & Events

  • The members-only shop is available to all active members and stocks freshly baked breads, restaurant-quality desserts, deli counter items, and weekend specials. Items are priced individually and billed separately from your meal credits — they are not credit-based purchases.
  • Yes. From time to time we host members-only dining events — the kind of evening where the food is the whole point, at prices that reflect the club. Members are notified in advance. Keep an eye on your inbox.
  • Yes. Shop items can be added to any delivery order or ordered separately. The same delivery cutoffs apply — order by 4 PM the day before your chosen delivery day.
  • Members are welcome to order multiple dishes for parties, family occasions, or hosting. For larger orders, please contact us in advance at hello@properdinner.club so we can ensure quality and availability for your event.

Referrals

  • Every member has a unique referral code. Share it with a friend — when they join and purchase their first credit bundle, you both receive bonus credits automatically. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer. Full details are on the Referrals page.
